Figures of the rat-cachter revolve three times a day, at 1.05 pm, 3.35 pm and 5.35 pm.
City is famous for the fairy tale 'The Pied Piper of Hamelin'. Here, the visitors can be found a lot of artificial rats and the pied piper in form of sculptures, fountains, reliefs and can be seen the 'Pied Piper Open-Air Play' and the Musical 'Rats'.
